Jerold Phelps Community Hospital includes Emergency, Acute/Swing, and Skilled Nursing inpatient services. Outpatient services include a Rural Health Clinic, the Southern Humboldt Community Clinic, Laboratory and Radiology services. |

The emergency room is staffed by our physicians and nurses as a 24 hour standby service, and is utilized by more than 2,500 patients annually. |

Our 8 bed Acute/Swing unit provides quality nursing care for patients with acute illness, and to those who require longer rehabilitation prior to discharge. |
